These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the 456 com platform and all its members. By registering, using your account, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

456 com is an internationally licensed online betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. We believe in transparency and fairness – which is why these terms are written as clearly as possible.

To open an account and use our services at 456 com, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts for those under 18 are not permitted.
• You must register with accurate and genuine personal information. Providing false details will result in account termination.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts under the same identity are not permitted.
• You must bet on your own behalf. Betting for third parties or as part of a professional syndicate is not permitted.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing or selling your account to others is strictly prohibited.

Once you create an account at 456 com, keeping it secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: To make a withdrawal, you must submit a scanned copy of your National ID or passport. Without KYC verification, deposits and betting are permitted but withdrawals will not be available. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Your account details can be updated at any time from Profile Settings. To change your mobile number, please submit a request to Support.

You can deposit at 456 com via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• You must provide the correct transaction ID when making a deposit — failure to do so may delay the credit to your account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — please use only an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once completed, but funds can be accessed through a withdrawal.

To withdraw from 456 com, your account must have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

• The account number used for withdrawals must match the account number used for deposits.
• Regular members can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day, while VIP members are eligible for higher limits.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification, which can take extra time to process.

Before placing a bet on 456 com, make sure you fully understand the rules of the relevant sport. Each market has its own specific rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available, in which case you may use it.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the Void rule applies and the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 456 com reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• For sports events, the ruling of the relevant international sports governing body is final in determining match outcomes.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed after a market has closed in in-play betting will not be accepted.

456 com bonuses and promotions are exclusive benefits for our members. However, they come with certain conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and must be activated at the time of deposit.
• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (e.g., 30x). Withdrawals are not permitted until these requirements are met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• If fraud or manipulation is detected to exploit bonuses, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 456 com reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add bonus offers at any time.

456 com believes betting is entertainment, not a source of income. The health and financial wellbeing of our members are our top priority.

We encourage all members to bet within their means. Chasing losses by placing larger bets is a risky behaviour.

• Set your daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from Account Settings.
• You can temporarily pause your account for a set period whenever needed.
• To apply for permanent self-exclusion, contact Support — please note this action is irreversible.
• If you notice signs of problem gambling, please seek professional help.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 456 com. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a fake identity, incorrect age, or false information.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack, scam, or defraud an account.
• Using software or bots for automated betting.
• Deposits linked to money laundering or illegal sources of funds.

456 com reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of these terms is found.
• If information submitted during KYC verification is found to be false.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By court order or direction from a legal authority.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal, provided no terms have been violated.

456 com may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any major changes via their registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request account closure.
